Hello Chandler Santos,

To further investigate it, may I collect following information from you for checking?

1. Based on my experience, this kind of correlation ID is often related to server side. Since we're not very familiar with "Lastpass" service and couldn't make up the entire scenario, could you provide more details about for instance: where and how this issue occurred? Like, you use Office 365 Business account sign into this service, but the service failed to get token from Office 365 authentication endpoint?

2. Issue occurs both on web and desktop app?

3. If you can reproduce this issue on browser, you could check following steps to collect HAR file and share with us in Private Message (for your privacy), so that we can further check the flow:

3.1 Use browser InPrivate mode to open a new window, for example, using Chrome inPrivate mode, and use Ctrl + Shift +I to open Developer tools

3.2 In Network tab, enable "Preserve log", "Disable cache" and "Hide data URLs", then click "Clear" button to clear all existing HTTP sessions:

3.3 In browser search field, type in the address you'd like to go, like outlook.office365.com, and press Enter to reproduce the issue.

3.4 After issue reproduced, save all sessions via right-click on session pane and select " Save all as HAR with content":

You can ignore above steps if issue can't be reproduce via browser and feel free to let me know. To access private message, please kindly click on this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox

Kind Regards,

Anna

Hello Chandler Santos,

Thank you for logs you shared in Private Message. We can find there's a 404 server side error said the app document can't be found.

To move on, I've sent another private message to you, please kindly check it for further step.

Best Regards,

Anna

I have a totally different issue. However, I can see that MS has no interest in coordinating with Google-based software and products. Lastpass is the Google Password Vault that works brilliantly in connection with many web sites when I run CHROME. MS purposely throws pages of code into the URL when someone is logging into Office 365 via CHROME. This forces someone to waste time cutting / pasting their USER and PASSWORD into the Office (365) log in.

You (MS) know Lastpass very well, but you don't want to recognize it as a valid APP because it is not your own. Pity that the consumer has to put up with MS - Google **** rivalry because someone thinks cooperation would help their competition.

This just leads me to want to switch to APPLE and lead my team away from MS Office.
